C194 Characteristics: High intensity high electric conductivity (60% IACS min.). Tiny crystal structure high anti-corrosion. Good weldability anti-softening temperature (450℃). Applications: Transistor, diode, integrated circuit, lead frame etc., BGA heat sink, automobile safety fuse, automobile terminal. C7025 Characteristics: The CORSON alloy is a kind of high reliability & High performance copper Alloy. Specially, an aging heat treatment was used. This effect of aging just like to become more hardened and strength by milled again, and increase conductivity and and Elongation. Applications: Electrical contacts, springs, switches, terminals & connectors for both signal and power. It's well suited to terminal & IC lead frame applications CORSON is often tin plated for connector applications.
