Precise temperature control with PID. Wax tank temperature and inject ( nozzle ) temperature are separately controlled. With Touch Screen, it's very easy to set the parameters ( press 1&2, time, clamp, forward and hold ). 10 programs of parameters can be stored. DWT 1 is very simple to operate. With 10-individual button, each program can be chosen immediately and all parameters will be show on Touch Screen. Auto Clamp unit is designed for large size rubber mould, with maximum mold dimension 100x120x60 mm. On/off timer can be set.
